The Ten Points of Advocacy.  These points of advocacy were originally designed to assist the Northeast Florida region in regards to the strengthening of the urban community.  After sharing these points with leaders in other states, regions, agencies, and communities it was decided that these could apply to a much larger population.  The purpose of advocacy is to illicit issues so that decision makers can be more informed and efficient in their efforts.  These ten points if answered, or at least addressed, can strengthen communities.
